Dr. Day was diagnosed with invasive breast cancer but rejected standard therapies because of their destructive side effects and because those therapies often lead to death. She chose instead to rebuild her immune system using the natural, simple, inexpensive therapies designed by God and outlined in the Bible, so her body could heal itself.

1. Nutrition:

· Eat Designer’s food in most natural form

· The body has no requirement for animal products

· Don’t eat fruit and veg in the same meal

· Chew your food until it’s liquid in your mouth

· Don’t drink with your meal (30 min before a meal, 1 hour after a meal)

· 6-8 glasses of carrot (or green leafy veg juice) / a day

· Barley green powder – to go with your juice

· Flax seed oil (nutritious in Omega 3 and 6 oils) over salads or baked potato (do not cook on heat with the flax seed oil)

· Bake, cook on stove, or eat raw (no frying)

· No microwave

· We are designed to eliminate our waste products as many times a day as we eat food a day

· If your colon is not working properly, if constipation – do enemas (colonics)

· Don’t eat in between meals or late at night

· Avoid chemicals in your kitchen, toothpaste should be without fluoride

Sample meals

Breakfast: oatmeal with fresh fruit (no milk) or wholemeal toast

Lunch: Large salad with fresh raw veg and sprouts

Dinner: around rice, pasta or baked potatoes (alternative to fries – bake fries on low heat for 45 min, use olive oil on a baking tray)

Alternative for ice-cream: frozen bananas blended with strawberries or dates

· Water: 8-10 glasses /day

· Salt –should be sundried sea salt. If you don’t take salt with your food – take half tea spoon with water

· When cooking use flame diffuser over low heat (over 45 min) to preserve maximum of nutrients in the veg.
